## Description

**PRIORITY**, one of the largest and fastest-growing management consulting and IT services companies in Greece, is seeking a **Proposal** **Writer – EU Institutions** to join its EU Projects team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation, drafting, and submission of high-quality technical proposals for European Commission–funded tenders (EU Service Contracts). **This role does not concern Horizon Europe research projects.** Demonstrated experience in proposal writing for European institutions—particularly in the context of EU Service Contracts—is **mandatory**.

The objective of the role is to **increase the company’s success rate in EU tenders** by producing clear, compliant, and competitive technical proposals, in close collaboration with bid managers, technical experts, and international partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and analyze EU tenders through the **Funding & Tenders Portal**.
-   Thoroughly review tender specifications, Terms of Reference (ToR), and evaluation criteria.
-   **Draft and structure Technical Proposals** for EU service contracts, in collaboration with bid managers and subject matter experts.
-   Develop methodologies, work plans, quality assurance approaches, risk management strategies, and staffing sections.
-   Ensure full compliance with European Commission procurement rules and tender requirements.
-   Coordinate and consolidate technical inputs from consortium partners.
-   Edit, structure, and perform final quality reviews of technical content prior to submission.

## Requirements

-   **5–7 years of proven experience in writing technical proposals for EU tenders** (Service Contracts).
-   Strong knowledge of **European Commission procurement procedures**.
-   Demonstrated experience in analyzing tender specifications and evaluation criteria.
-   Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher), with strong professional writing skills.
-   Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts and client requirements (EU Contracting Authorities) into clear written content.
-   Experience working with international consortia and multiple partners.
-   Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

**Desirable Qualifications**

-   Experience in domains such as ICT, Digital Transformation, Health, Energy, and Public Sector projects.
-   Participation in successful (winning) EU technical proposals.
-   Experience in joint tenders and coordination of partner contributions
