## Description

**Key Deliverables:**

A **SKILLED ServiceNow** candidate should demonstrate hands-on experience in:

-   Requirements analysis and solution design
-   ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development
-   Workflow and automation implementation
-   Agile-based delivery and sprint execution
-   Testing, deployment, and platform upgrade support
-   Incident resolution and technical troubleshooting
-   Stakeholder collaboration and impact assessment
-   Technical documentation and delivery ownership

**Must-Have Skills:**

-   Hands on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience
-   Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience.
-   Demonstrated experience in at least one or more ServiceNow product lines: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
-   Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in a project or production environment.
-   Can independently configure, customize, troubleshoot, document, automate workflows, and support platform changes or enhancement

-   Work Setup: Hybrid (Mandaluyong, QC, or BGC)
-   Work Schedule: Need to be flexible, set to mid or night shift
