## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Full-Time**  
We specialize in connecting Licensed Mental Health Professionals with clients across the country through a secure and user-friendly online platform. This remote position is perfect for LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who take pride in providing exceptional care. You’ll work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical interactions. Our administrative support ensures you can fully dedicate your time to therapy without the burden of non-clinical tasks.

**Work Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM  
**Compensation:** **$115,000 – $120,000** annually, plus a full range of benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform virtual assessments and design customized treatment plans.
-   Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to meet client needs.
-   Collaborate with clients to define goals and track progress.
-   Provide telehealth services to enhance accessibility.
-   Maintain timely and thorough documentation.
-   Participate in professional development to stay informed on best practices.

## Requirements

-   **Master’s** degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
-   Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
-   At least 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong communication and case management skills.
