## Description

We are looking for a talented Product Designer / Senior Product Designer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems and modern digital product design.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience designing intuitive and scalable user experiences across mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platforms, preferably within BFSI/Fintech environments.

This role requires strong collaboration with product, business, and technology teams within Agile squad-based delivery environments.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design user-centric digital experiences across mobile and web platforms
-   Build, maintain, and scale enterprise Design Systems
-   Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
-   Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and scalability across digital products
-   Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile squads
-   Participate in end-to-end UX and product design processes from discovery to delivery
-   Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
-   Contribute to design standards, UX guidelines, and product innovation initiatives

### Required Skills & Experience

-   Strong hands-on experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer
-   Expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems
-   Strong experience in:

-   Mobile Design (iOS & Android)
-   Web/Desktop Product Design
-   UX/UI Design
-   User Flows & Prototyping

-   Strong understanding of end-to-end Product Design and UX processes
-   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional squads
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Technology teams

### Preferred Experience

-   BFSI / Fintech domain experience
-   Banking industry experience is highly preferred
-   Experience designing products for SME banking/customer segments is a strong advantage

-   Strong visual design and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
-   Strong attention to detail and user experience standards
-   Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise delivery environments
