## Description

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Planning & Control Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Planning & Control Manager works under C&C Business Operations and is responsible for providing an oversight into all C&C Projects and Initiatives in terms of financial governance, planning, monitoring and reporting. The main objectives are to:

·Establish and maintain C&C projects financial procedures, business processes, reporting and overall compliance and governance. Monitor and report on overall C&C program of projects and initiatives, in terms of budget, forecast, cash-flow, accrual accounting and financial management.

Work with C&C stakeholders and Finance to align C&C strategic objectives and KAUST policies and procedures.

Conduct various analysis on C&C projects cost, benchmarking and commercial performance.

**Responsibility**

-   Lead financial governance for all projects, establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls aligned with best practices.
-   Ensure compliance with project control requirements, including budget approvals, scope alignment, project charters, change management, and risk processes.
-   Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and stakeholders to manage and control all project-related financial activities.
-   Develop and implement cost control strategies to meet project budgets, schedules, and overall program objectives.
-   Conduct gap and performance analysis to improve productivity, optimize resource utilization, and identify areas of concern.
-   Oversee project planning and budgeting from feasibility to completion, including resource planning and procurement strategies.
-   Monitor and report project performance, tracking costs, payments, progress, and schedules, including variance and trend analysis.
-   Manage cash flow and invoicing processes, including accruals, advance payments, and coordination with contracts and finance teams.
-   Drive stakeholder collaboration and reporting, ensuring clear communication and alignment across project managers, finance, and leadership.
-   Enhance project performance and governance through benchmarking, contractor performance evaluation, lessons learned systems, and management reporting.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
-   Minimum 10+ years of experience in project planning, cost control, and financial management.
-   Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial governance.
-   Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP systems.
-   Solid understanding of accounting principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present financial data effectively.
-   Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
