## Description

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with a driving license to join our team in St Albans. This role involves typical warehouse duties supplemented by driving responsibilities within and around the St Albans area. If you have a valid driving license and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods.
-   Drive company vehicles safely to deliver or collect goods as required.
-   Maintain accurate records of deliveries and warehouse stock.
-   Ensure the warehouse and vehicle are kept clean and organized.
-   Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
-   Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

## Requirements

-   Valid driving license (UK).
-   Previous experience in a warehouse role is preferred.
-   Confident driver with a clean driving record.
-   Ability to carry out physical work including lifting and moving items.
-   Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
-   Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

Competitive hourly rate and opportunities for overtime available.

## Benefits

**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (half-hour break) – **no weekends**

£14.00 per hour
