## Description

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Programme Director** to join a landmark mega development project in **Saudi Arabia**. This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior professional who thrives in **client engagement, strategic oversight, and executive-level stakeholder management**.

This position is less focused on day-to-day operational delivery and more centered on **driving alignment, visibility, governance, and informed decision-making at the highest level**.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Serve as a strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders
-   Lead high-level programme governance, reporting, and performance oversight
-   Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders
-   Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy, and business priorities
-   Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups
-   Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Manager or Architecture. Master’s degree preferred.
-   Minimum of 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector.
-   Proven experience as a **Programme Director or senior leadership role** on major development programmes
-   Extensive background in **mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects.**
-   Strong experience in **client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement**
-   Exposure to **PMC, developer, or client-side environments**
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
-   Ability to operate effectively within complex, high-profile project environments
