## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Croatian-Speaking Rent-a-Car Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes a free relocation package to ensure a comfortable and stress-free move to Sofia.

In this role, you will provide dedicated rental support services to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them through the car rental process with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your communication skills and attention to detail will contribute significantly to a positive customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian and proficiency in English are required.
-   You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package. An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
