## Description

We are looking for an **A-Player** to join our English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing skills to deliver a high-quality client experience and Brilliant value to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

·      Maximise conveyancing fees for our client.

·      Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

·      Deliver a Brilliant client experience.

·      Ensure compliance with our client’s risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly.

·      Proactively communicate with key stakeholders.

·      Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the English conveyancing space.

## Requirements

·      Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

·      Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa

·      Experienced conveyancing paralegal

·      Minimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience.

·      Conveyancing experience in English law an advantage.

·      Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.

·      Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).

·      Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom.

·      Highly organised team player.

·      Attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Tech savvy with excellent AI and Microsoft Office skills.
