**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to lead daily clinical operations and support a strong rehabilitation team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is ideal for a licensed physical therapist who enjoys patient care, team leadership, and helping create a well-organized clinic environment.

The Physical Therapy Director will guide treatment quality, support staff development, and help ensure patients receive a positive and effective care experience. **Responsibilities**

-   Oversee daily physical therapy operations and clinic workflow
-   Provide patient care and ensure treatment plans meet clinical standards
-   Support, mentor, and guide physical therapy staff
-   Monitor patient progress, documentation, and quality of care
-   Help improve clinic processes, team communication, and patient satisfaction
-   Work with leadership to support clinic goals and performance

## Requirements

-   Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree required
-   At least 2 years of physical therapy experience required
-   Clinical Director or leadership experience preferred
-   Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
-   Ability to support both patient care and clinic operations

**Schedule and Compensation**

-   Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
-   Salary: $88,000 to $95,000 annually, negotiable based on experience
-   Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable, up to $10,000
-   Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus equal to 5% of annual salary, paid as 1.25% per quarter
