## Description

Every show leaves the warehouse complete, tested, labeled, and on time. Every returned item is inspected, documented, cleaned, and returned to its correct location within 24 hours whenever possible.

Responsibilities

-   Receive and inspect returned audio, video, lighting, streaming, staging, and production equipment
-   Test basic functionality and identify damage, missing components, and repair needs
-   Pull, count, label, test, and stage equipment for upcoming shows
-   Verify cables, adapters, power supplies, cases, stands, and accessories
-   Use checklists and inventory software to track equipment movement
-   Maintain organized storage locations and accurate inventory counts
-   Clean, coil, package, and store equipment according to company standards
-   Assist with truck loading, unloading, local deliveries, load-ins, and load-outs
-   Escalate equipment problems before they become show-day problems

## Requirements

-   2+ years of live-event AV, rental-house, production, broadcast, theater, or related technical experience
-   Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, streaming, cabling, and signal flow
-   Ability to read equipment lists and identify common AV components
-   Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet
-   Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-   Willingness to work irregular hours during event-heavy periods
