**Job Description**

### **Position Overview:**

The **Sprinkler/Plumbing Take-off Specialist** plays a crucial role in project estimation by accurately interpreting drawings, performing takeoffs, and preparing cost proposals. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective communication to ensure precise calculations and efficient project execution.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct **takeoffs from plumbing and sprinkler drawings** to determine material quantities and labor costs.
-   **Review all project documents and drawings** to assess factors impacting the scope of work.
-   **Obtain vendor pricing** for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy.
-   **Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals** using provided Word and Excel templates.
-   **Ensure timely submission** of projects while maintaining attention to detail.

### **Qualifications & Requirements:**

-   **Experience** in **Plumbing & Sprinkler Takeoffs**.
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Word & Excel** for documentation and proposal preparation.
-   Hands-on experience with **Revu Bluebeam** for digital takeoffs and markup processes.
-   **Excellent analytical skills** and high attention to detail.
-   **Strong written communication** and interpersonal skills.
-   **Exceptional time management skills** to meet project deadlines.
-   **Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints** with accuracy.
