**Machinist – $15-$20/Hour | Experienced & Entry-Level Candidates Welcome**

We’re hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a **Machinist** position in **Dresden, OH**! This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist or someone with a strong **manufacturing background** who is ready to learn machining skills.

**Starting Pay: $15-$20/hour**  
**Location: Dresden, OH**  
**Job Type: Full-Time**

Experienced machinists are encouraged to apply, but **entry-level candidates may also be considered and trained**. You do not have to know everything about machining to be considered. We’re looking for someone with a solid work history, good attendance, manufacturing experience, and a willingness to learn. ### What You’ll Do

-   Set up and operate machining equipment according to specifications
-   Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production requirements
-   Measure and inspect parts using appropriate measuring tools
-   Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
-   Monitor parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-   Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

### What We’re Looking For

-   Previous machining experience is a plus, but **not required**
-   Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred
-   Strong and consistent work history
-   Good attendance and dependable work ethic
-   Willingness to learn new equipment and machining processes
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-   Ability to follow instructions and work independently
-   Ability to work well as part of a team
-   Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical job duties
