**Job Type: Full-Time  
Pay: $35,000 - $65,000+ annually  
Compensation: Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Commission  
Expected Earnings: $18-$35+ per hour**

**What You'll Do**

**Retail Sales & Customer Engagement**

**o   As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.**

**o   You'll promote:**

**·        High-Speed Internet**

**·        Xfinity Mobile**

**·        Home Security Solutions**

**·        Cable Television Services**

**·        Voice Services**

**Sales Responsibilities**

**·         Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers**

**·         Build value around products and service packages**

**·         Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions**

**·         Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance**

**·         Consistently meet and exceed sales goals**

**·         Execute proven sales closing techniques**

**·         Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends**

**Customer Service Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

**Required**

**·         High School Diploma or GED**

**·         Reliable transportation**

**·         Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends**

**·         Ability to stand for extended periods**

**·         Ability to lift up to 25 pounds**

**·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills**

**·         Positive attitude and willingness to learn**
