**Pay:** $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled **Maintenance Technician** to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements on equipment, buildings, and facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition
-   Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
-   Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
-   Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
-   Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
-   Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
-   Assist with property upkeep, including painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs
-   Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
-   Communicate effectively with management and team members

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Previous maintenance experience preferred (1–3 years or more a plus)
-   Working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
-   Ability to use hand and power tools safely
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-   Good communication and customer service skills
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

**Physical Requirements**

-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-   Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
-   Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

**Experience**

-   Lead Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
-   Plumbing: 3 years (Required)
-   Electrical : 3 years (Required)
-   HVAC: 3 years (Required)
