-   Demonstrated success driving business results (insurance or non-insurance backgrounds considered)

-   The financial ability to start, scale, and sustain a business
-   The organizational skills to operate and assume the risks of business ownership

-   Satisfactory background check
-   Attainment of **Texas General Lines Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses**
-   Support available for **Series 6, 63, SIE, Series 7**, and more (not required)

-   Access to **$100,000 in startup capital**
-   Farmers does not charge startup fees and is not a franchise
