Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.

 Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate **Kitchen Trainee (Internship)** to join our team for **2026** in **Corfu**

-   Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
-   Support with mise en place and daily kitchen tasks.
-   Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well organized.
-   Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
-   Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries according to procedures.
-   Shadow chefs to learn techniques and professional kitchen practices.
-   Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and efficient working environment.
-   Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

## Requirements

-   Currently studying or recently graduated from Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
-   Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop culinary skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
-   Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
