## Description

Devsinc is hiring a results-driven **Associate Growth Executive** to support Business Development in **Staff Augmentation and Lead Generation**, with at least **1 year of experience** in IT staffing and outbound sales.

The role involves **LinkedIn outreach, email-based lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, lead nurturing, and pipeline management** to expand company's presence in global markets. You will collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to convert qualified leads into long-term staffing partnerships and meet monthly targets.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Identify target companies and decision-makers across global markets using **ICP-driven research**.
-   Execute **LinkedIn Outreach (Sales Navigator)** and **cold email campaigns** for **lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting booking**.
-   Run **multi-touch outreach sequences** using tools like **Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly**, etc.
-   Apply on relevant **job portals** to generate qualified **IT staffing opportunities**.
-   Prepare **customized proposals, RFP responses, and client communications** aligned with requirements.
-   Qualify and nurture **B2C outbound leads** through structured follow-ups.
-   Build and manage a consistent **pipeline of qualified leads, proposals, and closed contracts**.
-   Focus on staffing roles across **Full Stack, Mobile, Shopify, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Metaverse, and Cybersecurity**.
-   Meet and exceed monthly **KPIs for leads, proposals, and contracts closed**.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Sales, or related field**.
-   Minimum **1 year of professional experience** in **IT Staff Augmentation, Business Development, Lead Generation or B2C tech sales**.
-   Proven success in **LinkedIn outreach and email based lead generation**.
-   Strong experience in **proposal writing, RFP responses, and contract negotiation**.
-   Strong **written communication skills** with excellent English fluency.
-   Hands-on experience with **CRM platforms (HubSpot or ClickUp) and pipeline management**.
-   Proficiency with prospecting tools including **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake**, and related outreach platforms.
-   Strong understanding of **global IT staffing models** including **hourly, dedicated resource, fixed, retainer, and hybrid contracts**.
-   Ability to **maintain accurate CRM records** and track **outreach, proposal, conversion, and revenue metrics**.
-   **Hunter & Results Oriented** – proactive in outreach, disciplined in follow-ups, resilient in objections, and motivated by KPIs, revenue targets, and measurable growth.
