**Location:** Simi Valley, CA  
**Schedule:** Full-Time (with On-Call Rotation)  
**Pay Rate:** **$75,000 – $250,000/year  
Employment Type:** Full Time  

### **Overview**

Rooter Hero is hiring an experienced **Plumbing Service Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers. ### **Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform service and repairs
-   Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
-   Provide clear estimates and explain repair/replacement options to customers
-   Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies
-   Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
-   Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in top condition
-   Participate in an **on-call rotation (1 night per week)**
-   Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

## Requirements

-   **2+ years of previous residential plumbing experience**
-   **Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions**
-   **Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night shift per week**
-   **Must provide own hand tools**
-   **Must be able to pass a background check**
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-   Authorization to work in the U.S.
