## Description

Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America. As the business continues to scale and expand into new regulated markets, we are now looking for a proactive Lawyer.  
  
Responsibilities:

_General Legal Support_

-   Provide senior-level legal support for ongoing and new iGaming projects, including launch of new products, markets and partnership models
-   Advise management, commercial, product, payments and compliance teams on legal, regulatory and operational risks
-   Draft, review and negotiate contracts with operators, providers, platform suppliers, game/content providers, PSPs, affiliates, consultants, and other vendors
-   Monitor gambling, payments, AML/KYC, sanctions, data protection, IP and consumer-protection developments in key jurisdictions
-   Coordinate with compliance on licensing, regulatory requests, audits, responsible gambling and AML controls
-   Create and improve templates, playbooks, contract matrices, negotiation positions and internal legal policies  
    

_Provider & Operator Agreements - Key Focus_

-   Lead full-cycle review and negotiation of provider-side and operator-side agreements: platform, content, aggregation, sportsbook/casino, white label, managed services, referral/introducer and SLA documentation
-   Assess allocation of responsibility between provider and operator for licensing, player management, KYC/AML, payouts, chargebacks, reporting, data protection, responsible gambling and incident response
-   Negotiate key clauses: SLA/KPI, fees/revenue share, minimum guarantees, liability caps, indemnities, IP, data processing, audit rights, suspension/termination, change of control, governing law and dispute resolution
-   Identify risks around master licence/sub-licensing, PSP funds freezes, sanctions, geo-blocking, restricted markets, brand/reputational exposure and exit mechanics
-   Support contract lifecycle management: redlines, deal comments, approvals, closing, handover to business owners and template updates

## Requirements

-   5+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in iGaming
-   Higher legal education
-   Proven experience negotiating provider, operator, platform, content, white-label, or managed services agreements
-   Strong understanding of provider/operator business models and revenue share structures
-   Experience with licensing and regulatory aspects of the iGaming industry
-   Strong knowledge of liability, indemnity, SLA, termination, IP, data protection, and GDPR-related matters
-   Understanding of MGA, Curacao, and UKGC regulatory frameworks
-   Understanding of AML/KYC and responsible gambling principles
-   English B2+ and fluent Russian
-   Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
