**German Customer Support in Athens – international banking role with a strong salary package and hybrid work opportunities**

### Location: Athens – Neos Kosmos

-   **Possible start: 9.11**
-   **Hybrid work option** with an initial office-based training and nesting period in Athens – Neos Kosmos (subject to performance and project requirements)
-   **Work schedule:** Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 (**full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, 8h/day**)

### Project:

Become part of the customer support team of **one of the world’s leading international banking and financial services groups**.  
You will support German-speaking customers with everyday banking questions, account-related topics and digital banking services in a professional and structured international environment.

### As a Customer Support Advisor you will:

-   **Support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat**
-   Help with **everyday banking and account-related questions**
-   Assist customers with **digital banking services**
-   Provide clear, professional and **solution-oriented support**
-   **Follow internal banking procedures** and quality standards

-   **Base salary:** 1,400 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments worth 2,800 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
-   **Performance bonus:** up to 140 gross/month (10% of the 1,400 base salary)
-   **Fixed project bonus:** 100 gross/month
-   **Welcome bonus: 1,000 gross in total**, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately **83 gross/month during your first year**
-   **Up Hellas meal vouchers:** 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month) + 100 net/month additional voucher (approx. 160 net/month in total)
-   **Anniversary bonus:** 500 gross after one year

**Average monthly gross package during the first 12 months: approx. 1,817–1,957 gross/month (including 14 salary payments and the welcome bonus) + approx. 160 net/month in meal vouchers**

### Requirements:

-   **German at C1–C2 level**
-   **English at B2 level or higher**
-   **You already bring some first experience in Customer Service**
-   **You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate** (we can support your relocation and accommodation)
-   Good communication skills
-   **Customer-oriented and professional approach**
-   Clean criminal record
-   **No previous banking experience required**
-   **EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required.**
