## Description

Are you a **native or fluent Danish** **speaker** who loves helping people and dreams of a Mediterranean lifestyle? We're looking for enthusiastic **Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents** to join our client's vibrant international team in Greece either remotely or on-site.

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice (or chat/email expert) supporting Danish customers for a leading global brand in tech, e-commerce, automotive, or entertainment. Your mission: resolve inquiries quickly, deliver top-notch service, and turn every interaction into a positive experience!

### Responsibilities

-   Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in fluent Danish
-   Analyze issues, consult knowledge bases or team experts, and provide accurate, efficient solutions
-   Build strong customer relationships and contribute to high satisfaction scores
-   Share insights with the team to help improve processes and services

## Requirements

-   **Native** or **near-native fluency** in **Danish** (C1-C2)
-   **Solid English** skills (B2)
-   Good computer skills and tech-savviness - comfortable working with multiple screens, CRM software, MS Office tools, fast typing, and navigating digital platforms efficiently
-   A positive, customer-focused mindset
-   Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
-   No prior experience required - the company offers paid training!
