Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
-   Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, delivering timely solutions.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and follow-ups.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and improve service quality.
-   Stay well-informed about products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
-   Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer literacy.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation expenses covered by the company.
