### **About our Client**

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on helping businesses scale through data-driven growth and automation tools. Their platform supports customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across the full funnel. Operating in a product-led, high-growth environment, they emphasize experimentation and building scalable growth systems.  
  
They are hiring a Head of Growth to lead strategic initiatives across customer acquisition, activation, and market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and collaborate cross-functionally in a high-growth SaaS environment.  
  
**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Own and drive the overall growth strategy across key acquisition channels
-   Identify opportunities for acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion
-   Build, execute, and optimize full-funnel growth initiatives
-   Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
-   Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams
-   Define and refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
-   Develop scalable growth systems, processes, and experimentation frameworks
-   Support community, partnerships, and brand-led growth initiatives where relevant

**Qualification:**

-   Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or strategic marketing within **SaaS**
-   Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
-   Experience owning **end-to-end (full-funnel) growth**
-   Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
-   Ability to balance **strategy and hands-on execution**
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills
-   Comfortable working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
-   High ownership and accountability mindset
-   Hands-on experience with:

-   **Analytics tools** (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau)
-   **CRM platforms** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
-   **Marketing automation & performance tools** (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, attribution tools)

### **Nice-to-Have Skills**

-   Exposure to **creator economy, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce businesses**
-   Experience working with content-driven or community-led growth strategies
-   Proven track record of **building growth systems from scratch**
