**About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Social Media & Content Creator** to join our marketing team. You will produce engaging content across our social media channels and support content creation for our two brands, **Evalion-SHL** and **MyOrama**, working closely with our Content & Marketing Coordinator.

This is an ideal position for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and an eagerness to grow within a people-focused organization.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

    •  Create and schedule **social media content** across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for both **Evalion-SHL** and **MyOrama**, ensuring brand consistency  
    •  Write compelling **copy in Greek and English** tailored to different audiences (B2B, students, educators, HR professionals)  
    •  Support the development of the **content calendar** in collaboration with the Content & Marketing Coordinator  
    •  Assist in the production of marketing materials such as **presentations** and **newsletters**  
    •  Produce **visual content** for success stories, case studies, and events  
    **•**  Monitor social media performance and compile basic reports on key metrics  
    •  Stay up to date with **social media trends** and bring forward fresh ideas

**What We're Looking For**

    •  1 year of experience in a social media, content, or marketing role (internship experience also considered)  
    •  Very good knowledge of Canva for creating social media visuals, presentations, and digital assets  
    •  Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content for social media  
    •  Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English  
    •  Creative mindset with a genuine interest in content creation and visual storytelling  
    •  Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines  
    •  Comfortable working collaboratively and contributing to a team environment  
    •  Eagerness to learn and grow within a marketing function

**Nice to Have**

    •  Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)

    •  Basic experience with HubSpot or other CRM/email marketing platform

    •  Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking

    •  Working knowledge of a graphic design tool such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent (is a plus)

    •  Interest in HR technology, people science, organizational psychology and vocational guidance
