## Description

Professional Excavators is seeking a dedicated and skilled Earthworks Laborer to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in excavation and earthworks services, providing high-quality solutions to construction projects across various sectors. As an Earthworks Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our excavation projects by performing various essential tasks that ensure efficient and safe operations on job sites.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist with the excavation of earth and materials in various construction projects.
-   Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
-   Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen to complete tasks accurately.
-   Perform site clean-up and maintain a tidy work environment throughout the project.
-   Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools as necessary.
-   Assist in setting up and dismantling temporary structures such as formwork and safety barriers.
-   Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

## Requirements

-   Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
-   Previous experience in a laborer role, particularly in construction or excavation is preferred.
-   Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
-   Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to construction sites.
-   Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-   Basic knowledge of excavation tools and equipment is a plus.
-   Commitment to punctuality and reliability, with a strong work ethic.
