## Description

Sbarro is looking for motivated and friendly Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you’ll help prepare fresh pizza and Italian favorites, deliver great customer service, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in great food and service, we want you on our team!

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests warmly and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
-   Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
-   Prepare pizzas, pasta, and other menu items according to Sbarro standards
-   Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and dining space
-   Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
-   Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-   Assist with stocking ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
-   Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods
-   Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   No experience required — training provided
-   Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
-   Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
-   Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
