Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Polish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. This role involves ensuring the safety and quality of online content for Polish-speaking users by reviewing and moderating user-generated submissions. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish, ensuring adherence to community standards and guidelines.
-   Classify content accurately according to established moderation policies.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant departments.
-   Provide valuable insights on content trends to improve moderation approaches.
-   Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes and community safety.
-   Stay informed about company updates and industry best practices related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail with consistent application of moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills to clearly convey moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
