## Description

-   Oversee and manage the chartering operations, focusing on securing vessels for transportation needs.
-   Negotiate charter parties and contracts to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
-   Monitor market trends and analyze shipping demands to optimize chartering strategies.
-   Maintain strong relationships with brokers, ship owners, and clients to ensure smooth chartering processes.
-   Coordinate vessel scheduling and port rotations to align with contractual obligations.
-   Manage and administer Charter Party Agreements (CPA) and contracts to ensure compliance.

## Requirements

-   Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies or related field is preferred.
-   Minimum 3-7 years of experience in tankers chartering or similar shipping operations.
-   Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing beneficial charter agreements.
-   Good market research abilities to identify competitive chartering opportunities.
-   Proficient in calculating and pricing shipping deals effectively.
-   Ability to manage and develop client relationships, including brokers and vessel owners.
-   Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
