## Description

-   Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
-   Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (Development, QA, Analytics, Product)
-   Align client roadmaps with internal development cycles and release plans
-   Monitor project progress, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies
-   Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to maintain delivery stability
-   Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple workstreams
-   Drive customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and improving delivery processes
-   Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, priorities, and technical feasibilityMaintain clear documentation and reporting in Jira and Confluence
-   Continuously improve delivery workflows and team collaboration processes

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Program Coordination within IT
-   Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
-   Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
-   Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineering teams
-   Strong command of Jira and Confluence
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work in a complex multi-project environment and effectively prioritize tasks
-   Technical education is preferred
-   English - B2+ (for negotiations, presentations, and daily communication)
-   Experience in iGaming will be a strong advantage
