## Description

Marabu Airlines is looking for a solution-driven **Crew Control Officer** to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you will play a key part in crew planning and coordination, ensuring compliance with regulations while responding quickly to operational changes.  

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan and schedule crew activities in accordance with EASA FTL and Company Manuals
-   Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures
-   Monitor and maintain adequate crew coverage for a rolling 72-hour period
-   Monitor flight duty and rest requirements in line with FTL regulations
-   Proactively address and resolve any operational or regulatory issues
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Crew Planning System
-   Coordinate operational requirements across relevant departments
-   Collaborate with the Commercial department on ad hoc or non-standard operations
-   Coordinate and manage crew accommodation and travel arrangements
-   Maintain effective communication with crew members and internal departments
-   Perform other relevant duties according to operational needs

## Requirements

-   Experience in airline or airport operations
-   Ideally familiarity with EASA Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
-   Good knowledge of Crew Planning Systems is an advantage
-   Solution-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions
-   Detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy
-   Strong communication and negotiation skills
-   Fluency in written and spoken English
-   Ability to work in shifts, including nighttime
