## Description

We are partnered with a London data-driven software company looking for a permanent **Full Stack Software Engineer** to join their in-office team. Their core product helps industrial organisations optimise asset performance, minimise waste, and boost reliability using advanced data science and ML.

  

This role is **fully office-based**, perfect for someone who thrives in an interactive, collaborative environment. Operating with a **flat structure**, the team relies on live whiteboard sessions, open debate, and collective problem-solving, giving you direct access to decision-makers and a real voice in high-level architectural strategy.

  

**Role:** Full Stack Software Engineer

**Location:** Central London (Fully Office-Based)

**Salary:** Up to 65,000 + benefits

  

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

-   **High-Level Impact:** Work alongside senior leads in a flat setup, pitching solutions directly and shaping product architecture.
-   **Collaborative Problem-Solving:** Join interactive whiteboard sessions and workshops to tackle complex technical challenges.
-   **Hands-on Development:** Build and scale robust services using Java and Python.
-   **Cross-Functional Work:** Partner in person with DevOps, Data Science, Product, and UX teams.

  

**Core Tech Stack:**

-   **Backend:** Java, Spring/Springboot, Python
-   **Frontend:** Vue.js / React
-   **Cloud & Ops:** AWS, Terraform, CI/CD
-   **Databases:** Elasticsearch/DynamoDB & PostgreSQL
-   **Machine Learning:** Data Science models, NLP, Predictive Analysis, Monte Carlo Simulations
