## Description

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving excellence in the financial world? An international leading FX Broker, is seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Department Manager to lead our team in Dubai!

This is a key leadership role where you will guide a team of CRM Specialists, own system performance, and drive the data strategy that influences customer retention and operational efficiency at a global scale. We are looking for a mentor and a strategist who can empower our team and build the future of our CRM operations.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CRM Specialists.

CRM Strategy: Execute department-wide strategies that drive engagement and long-term customer value.

System Ownership: Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, and overall platform optimization.

Data Analytics: Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.

Innovation: Continuously refine processes and drive automation to elevate customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency.

Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written.

A natural leader with exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities.
