**ABOUT THE ROLE**  
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support, and multidisciplinary critical care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Critical Care Physician to join its growing clinical team. The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population. **ROLE OVERVIEW**  
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, respiratory therapists, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**  
• Lead the management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma, and postoperative patients in the ICU.  
• Provide advanced organ support including mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination, and sepsis care.  
• Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access, and invasive monitoring according to clinical privileges.  
• Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacy, and allied health teams.  
• Support family communication, goals-of-care discussions, and ethical decision-making in complex critical care situations.  
• Contribute to ICU protocols, infection prevention, clinical audits, simulation training, and quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Critical Care Physician candidates holding recognised qualifications such as:

• American Board certification in Critical Care Medicine  
• UK CCT / FFICM / MRCP or FRCA pathway  
• European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine  
• Royal College Certification (Canada)  
• Australian CICM Fellowship  
• Arab Board  
• DM / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
