## Description

**Master Works** is seeking a talented and motivated **Data Engineer.** This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about designing and building scalable data solutions that enable informed business decisions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and efficiency across the organization.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
-   Build and optimize data architectures, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
-   Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and availability across all data platforms.
-   Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, analysts, and developers, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
-   Implement best practices for data integration, governance, and quality management.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while continuously improving existing data systems.
-   Prepare technical documentation related to data architecture, processes, and standards.
-   Support the PMO and Consultation Department in delivering data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.

-   An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
-   Minimum of **2 years** of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role.
-   Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, database management, and data architecture.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
-   Arabic: Native proficiency.
-   English: Fluent proficiency.
