**Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Benefits + Flexible Workweek**

The clinic treats **2 patients per hour**, giving you time to guide treatment activities and keep patients moving safely through their care plans.

**Offer Details**

-   **Salary:** $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience
-   **Schedule:** 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   **Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Office
-   **Clinic:** PT-owned

**Responsibilities**

-   Implement treatment activities created by the Physical Therapist
-   Assist patients with exercise programs and functional training
-   Support strengthening, range of motion, balance, gait, and mobility work
-   Monitor patient response and report updates
-   Educate patients on correct form and home exercise follow-through
-   Complete treatment documentation
-   Prepare clinic equipment and treatment spaces
-   Help patients stay engaged during therapy sessions

## Requirements

-   Active Florida PTA License
-   PTA Degree required
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
