**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina and the capability to work collaboratively with others to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
-   Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
-   Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
-   Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-   Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
-   Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

**Requirements**

-   Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
-   Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
-   Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
-   Valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
