We provide a comprehensive range of prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services designed to enhance patient care. We are looking for a meticulous, proactive, and technically grounded **Product Manager** to join our team in Dubai and take end-to-end ownership of building, shipping, and maintaining our HealthTech SaaS platform and Shopify integrations with precision and strategic vision.

### **Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on **Technical Product Manager** to join our team in Dubai. This is an end-to-end product ownership role where you will lead a SaaS platform from its initial concept and foundational architecture all the way to successful product shipping and market launch.

The ideal candidate must come from a **HealthTech or healthcare-related background** and possess a strong technical foundation. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering, UI/UX design, and business strategy to build a world-class health platform.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **End-to-End Product Lifecycle:** Take full, hands-on ownership of the SaaS platform from initial ideation, scoping, and requirement gathering through to development, testing, shipping, and post-launch iteration.
-   **Shopify & SaaS Integration:** Lead the strategy and integration of the platform with Shopify ecosystems and other core SaaS architectures.
-   **Agile Project Management:** Actively manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and drive sprint planning using **Jira**.
-   **Design Collaboration:** Apply your knowledge of **UI/UX design** principles and **Service Design** to ensure the platform is highly intuitive, accessible, and user-centric for healthcare stakeholders.
-   **Technical Leadership:** Collaborate deeply with engineering teams. Utilize your technical background to evaluate software architecture, discuss APIs, and guide development choices.

## Requirements

### **Required Qualifications & Experience**

-   **Total Experience:** Minimum of **3 years of hands-on product management experience** specifically within software/SaaS environments.
-   **Industry Background:** Must have direct experience working within a **HealthTech, medical, or health-related company**.
-   **Proven Track Record:** Proven experience building and shipping a software platform **from scratch (initial stage to launch)**.
-   **Tools & Ecosystems:** Advanced, hands-on proficiency with **Jira** and direct experience working within the **Shopify** ecosystem.
-   **Design Literacy:** Strong foundational knowledge of **UI/UX design** workflows and **Service Design** methodologies.
-   **Location:** Must be based in or willing to relocate immediately to **Dubai, UAE** for a full-time role.
-   Strong software development familiarity; hands-on knowledge or past experience with **PHP Laravel** is considered a significant advantage.
