## Description

We're looking for an MBBS-qualified physician to deliver online consultations to patients through our platform. You'll manage a full consultation load independently — history taking, assessment, prescribing where appropriate, and knowing when a case needs in-person or specialist care.

This is a clinical role, not an advisory one. You will be responsible for patient outcomes.

## Requirements

### What You'll Do

-   Conduct patient consultations over video, audio, and chat during your assigned shifts
-   Take histories, form clinical assessments, and issue prescriptions in line with NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines
-   Identify cases that require escalation, in-person examination, or emergency referral — and route them promptly
-   Maintain accurate, complete consultation records in our system
-   Follow up on ongoing cases and chronic condition management
-   Participate in clinical audits and peer case reviews
-   Give feedback to our product and operations teams on where the consultation workflow gets in the way of good care
