About the Role  
  
We are seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support our operations in the Philippines. This role will focus on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal work for both our licensed broker and licensed market maker businesses in the Philippines.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
\- Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.  
\- Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to the company’s licensed broker and market maker businesses.  
\- Support day-to-day corporate legal matters, including internal documentation and business operations.  
\- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.  
\- Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required.  
  
Requirements  
  
\- Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant corporate and commercial legal experience.  
\- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.  
\- Mandarin Chinese (spoken) is preferred.  
\- Overseas education background is a plus.  
\- Solid legal drafting, review, and analytical skills.  
\- Able to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
