**Clinic Manager – Los Angeles, CA**  
**Salary:** $80,000 – $110,000 | **Schedule:** M–F, 8 AM – 5 PM | **Travel:** Up to 50%

### **Overview**

Seeking a results-driven Clinic Manager to lead operations, drive financial performance, and ensure high-quality patient care across one or more outpatient clinic locations. This role is ideal for a strong healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and facility management
-   Drive revenue, productivity, and budget performance
-   Ensure excellent patient access, flow, and satisfaction
-   Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and payor requirements (e.g., Medi-Cal, Medicare)
-   Lead, train, and develop clinic staff; manage performance and accountability
-   Monitor and improve quality, utilization, and operational metrics
-   Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions

### **Qualifications**

-   2+ years of clinic or healthcare management experience
-   Strong knowledge of clinic operations, financials, and payor programs
-   Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-   Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
