As a Dutch Speaking service agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various aspects of their travel experience. This includes handling inquiries related to flight bookings, travel policies, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage services, and other airline-related services.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and travel-related queries.
-   Assist customers in managing reservations, providing accurate information about schedules and policies.
-   Handle complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
-   Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about airline services, policies, and travel regulations.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
-   A minimum requirement of B2 in English.
-   Previous experience in customer service or helpline support, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on empathetic customer care.
-   Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with reservation systems and customer service software is a plus.
-   Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
-   Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Greece.
