Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! You will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers needing assistance with iRobot products, delivering expert support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  

### Your Role

As a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot technical issues, answer product-related inquiries, and guide customers through solutions via various communication channels. Your expertise and dedication will enhance the customer support experience and foster brand loyalty.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and effective support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding iRobot products via phone, email, and chat.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
-   Offer clear instructions and product information to customers.
-   Document interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
-   Stay updated on product developments, software updates, and company policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with electronic or robotic products.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance provided.
