## Description

**Orthopedic Physical Therapist**

This is a **PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Pompano Beach, FL** where the treatment pace is set at **2 patients per hour**.

The clinic is looking for a Physical Therapist who can provide thoughtful evaluations, practical treatment plans, and clear guidance to patients working toward better movement and function.

**Your Role**

As the Physical Therapist, you’ll be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, delivering treatment, and helping patients make steady progress through each phase of rehab.

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients with orthopedic, post-op, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Develop goal-based plans of care
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, gait work, and functional rehab
-   Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
-   Reassess progress and update treatment plans
-   Complete documentation in a timely manner
-   Work with PTAs to ensure care is consistent and aligned

## Requirements

-   Active Florida Physical Therapist License
-   DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

## Benefits

**Schedule and Compensation**

-   **Salary:** $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
-   **Schedule:** 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   **Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour
