## Description

Kody is a fast-growing fintech company committed to simplifying in-person commerce. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will support our team by managing documentation, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
-   Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the company’s operations.
-   Support regulatory compliance efforts, especially related to Hong Kong laws and fintech regulations.
-   Maintain accurate legal records and filing systems.
-   Coordinate with external legal counsel and stakeholders as needed.
-   Work closely with internal teams to provide legal support on business initiatives.

## Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail who is eager to contribute in a dynamic fintech environment.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
-   Prior experience as a Paralegal or in legal support roles, ideally within fintech or financial services.
-   Good understanding of Hong Kong laws and regulatory environment.
-   Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
-   Strong research and analytical skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-   Proficiency with standard office software and document management tools.
