## Description

Lookout Tavern, a modern social tavern in North Phoenix, is seeking a friendly and professional Host to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, the ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment, and have a positive and upbeat attitude. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and ensuring that the front of house runs smoothly. In addition a major part of your daily tasks are assisting with order take-outs and 3rd party delivery management.

### Responsibilities

-   Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-   Manage delivery and to-go orders through our 3rd party delivery partners
-   Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist accurately.
-   Monitor the flow of traffic in the restaurant to ensure timely seating of guests.
-   Assist servers with table assignments and distributing menus.
-   Provide guests with information about menu offerings and daily specials.
-   Ensure that the host stand and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized.
-   Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent.
-   Proven experience as a host or in a similar role.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
-   Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
