**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Senior Global Financial Compliance Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and standards.
-   Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and remediate compliance issues.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance training programs.
-   Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
-   Provide expert advice on financial compliance matters to senior management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
    
-   2-4 years of experience in financial compliance, auditing, or risk management in a multinational environment.
-   Strong knowledge of international financial regulations and standards.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
