## Description

**Role Overview**  
We are looking for a talented and creative 2D Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is visually driven, detail-oriented, and able to think critically while translating concepts into strong, well-executed designs. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop designs throughout dynamic projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Create high-quality 2D designs for digital and print assets
-   Translate concepts and briefs into visually compelling designs
-   Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual systems aligned with brand guidelines
-   Collaborate with creative directors and team members to refine ideas
-   Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently
-   Maintain organized files and design systems across projects
-   Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance creative workflows and ideation

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   Strong creativity with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
-   Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve visually
-   Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-   Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**
-   Experience or strong interest in using **AI design tools** to support ideation, design, and efficiency
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-   Portfolio demonstrating strong 2D design skills (branding, layouts, illustrations, etc.)

**Must have**

-   2+ years experience working in a creative agency
-   Understanding of branding and on ground activations
-   Interest in contemporary design trends and storytelling
