You’ll join the team behind products like Enterprise GPT and Bot of Bots — AI systems that turn company knowledge into accessible, actionable insights.

**What Your Day Might Look Like:**

-   **Build reliable AI products:** Develop backend services, web applications, and APIs that turn raw data into usable, trustworthy outputs.
-   **Own the delivery cycle:** From understanding use cases to writing tested code, shipping features, and improving systems in production.
-   **Work full stack:** Contribute across backend and frontend — building APIs, shaping data models, and creating clean user experiences.
-   **Break work into iterations:** Deliver features in small, incremental steps that are easy to review, deploy, and maintain.
-   **Keep systems healthy:** Monitor, debug, and improve production systems using logs, traces, and observability tools.
-   **Support the product:** Investigate and resolve real user issues — from bugs to performance and data-related challenges.
-   **Collaborate on solutions:** Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate ideas into practical implementations.
-   **Use AI as a tool:** Leverage AI coding assistants to move faster — while owning architecture, quality, and final decisions.
-   **Document and share:** Keep documentation clear and up to date so others can build on your work without friction.

**Tech You’ll Work With ⚙️**

A modern, Azure-native stack including:

-   Backend: Python (FastAPI), C# (.NET), Azure Functions
-   Frontend: Next.js (App Router, Server Actions)
-   Data & AI: Cosmos DB, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, MySQL
-   Infrastructure: Azure (App Services, Key Vault, App Configuration, Application Insights)
-   Tooling: GitHub Actions, Docker, Playwright, AI coding assistants

## Requirements

**Your Superpowers🚀:**

-   Experience building and operating web and backend systems in production.
-   Strong software engineering fundamentals across the full lifecycle (design → deployment → maintenance).
-   Comfortable working across the stack — backend, APIs, and frontend when needed.
-   Experience with relational databases and data modelling for real-world use cases.
-   Exposure to NoSQL/document databases is a plus.
-   Experience debugging and improving production systems.
-   A pragmatic mindset — you understand trade-offs and make decisions based on impact.
-   A product-oriented approach — you focus on solving real user problems.
-   Curiosity and ability to learn quickly across technologies and tools.
-   Fluent in English, with strong collaboration skills.

**Bonus Points for:**

-   Experience building RAG or LLM-based applications.
-   Familiarity with agent frameworks or AI workflows.
-   Experience with Azure-native architectures.
-   Exposure to trunk-based development or modern delivery practices.
-   Regular use of AI coding tools in your workflow.
