**The Role**

As an Estimation Graduate, you will join our Estimating team and develop an understanding of the commercial and technical processes involved in preparing tenders for major M&E projects.

Working closely with experienced Estimators, Engineers and project teams, you will gain exposure to drawings, specifications, quantities, supplier quotations and tender submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist with the preparation of estimates and tenders.
-   Review project drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
-   Assist with quantity take-offs and material calculations.
-   Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
-   Support the preparation of tender pricing.
-   Maintain estimating records and databases.
-   Assist with tender reviews and commercial comparisons.
-   Liaise with suppliers and internal teams as required.
-   Support the Estimating team with general project and tender activities.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
-   Strong numerical and analytical skills.
-   Good attention to detail.
-   Ability to interpret technical information.
-   Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
-   Strong organisational skills.
-   Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
-   Construction or engineering experience is advantageous.
